1. INTRODUCTION
This Investors Accreditation Policy (the “Policy”) is established by the Elite Global Leadership Club (“EGLC”) to define and regulate the eligibility requirements and due diligence process for individuals and entities seeking to participate in EGLC investment offerings. This Policy ensures compliance with international financial regulations and provides a framework to safeguard EGLC’s mission and its strategic partnerships.
2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This Policy applies to all parties who wish to invest in or partner with EGLC across its global initiatives, including but not limited to:
Private placement offerings
Equity and venture investments
Strategic business alliances
Wellness and real estate projects
Cenyfia Family Office ventures
Event co-funding and sponsorships
3. DEFINITION OF ACCREDITED INVESTOR
An “Accredited Investor” shall refer to a person or entity that meets at least one of the following internationally recognized standards:
3.1 INDIVIDUALS
An individual must meet one or more of the following criteria:
Possess a net worth exceeding USD $1,000,000, excluding the value of the primary residence;
Have an individual income exceeding USD $200,000 (or joint income with spouse of USD $300,000) for the past two years, with a reasonable expectation of similar income in the current year;
Hold recognized professional licenses or certifications, including but not limited to Series 7, Series 65, Series 82, or an equivalent international license;
Be officially recognized as a global leader, public figure, or verified high-net-worth individual within the EGLC framework.
3.2 ENTITIES
An entity must meet one or more of the following criteria:
Have total assets in excess of USD $5,000,000, not formed for the specific purpose of acquiring EGLC securities;
Be comprised exclusively of accredited equity owners;
Be a financial institution, family office, or corporation recognized by law as qualified to participate in private offerings.
4. VERIFICATION PROCESS
To verify accreditation status, all prospective investors shall submit the following documentation:
4.1 MANDATORY DOCUMENTS (Minimum One From Each Category)
A. Identity Verification
Government-issued ID or passport
Proof of legal residency or nationality
B. Financial Verification
Signed tax returns for the past two fiscal years
Recent bank, investment, or brokerage statements
Letter of verification from a CPA, attorney, or licensed financial advisor
C. Professional or Leadership Status (If Applicable)
Certificate of professional qualifications
Public record of leadership status or business ownership
4.2 VERIFICATION TIMELINE
All submitted documentation will be reviewed by EGLC’s Legal and Compliance Department. Final accreditation decisions will be communicated within ten (10) business days of complete document submission.
5. INVESTOR ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND CONSENT
All approved investors are required to execute the EGLC Investor Acknowledgment Form, affirming that:
They meet the legal and financial requirements for accreditation;
They have read and understood the risks associated with private investments;
They are voluntarily participating and acting within their legal authority.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
All personal and financial data submitted will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and safeguarded in accordance with applicable data privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and U.S. and international investor protection acts.
7. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
EGLC reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Policy in whole or in part at any time, to reflect changes in global legislation, compliance frameworks, or organizational strategy. Accredited investors will be informed of any significant changes in a timely manner.
